Alberta Stream Watch Raffle

RULES:
1. Must be 18 years or older to purchase ticket(s).
2. Buyers must not write the name of a person under the age of 18 on the ticket.
3. In the event a winning ticket stub has more than one name on it, Stream Watch, Trout Unlimited and the AGLC are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket stub. The prize will be awarded to any one of the individuals identified on the ticket.
4. All prizes must be accepted as advertised and will not be substituted. Cash value for any prize will NOT be offered.
5. All prizes are new (unused) at the time of draw.
6. All prizes will be drawn on February 13th, 2011.
7. Tickets 5.00 each. 1000 tickets printed.
7. Prizes will drawn in the following order; 3rd prize, 2nd prize, 1st prize.
8. Raffle will be conducted on the premises of Fish Tales fly shop, 626-12100 MacLeod Trail SE. Calgary.
9. Anyone wishing to cancel their ticket for a refund of ticket price may do so by emailing streamwatchraffle@flyfishingthebow.com. Ticket number, name, phone number and address as shown on ticket stub of ticket purchased must be included.
10. Only those located within the province of Alberta may purchase tickets. Persons whose permanent residence is located outside of Alberta may purchase tickets if the entire transaction of payment and receipt of ticket occurs while the person is in Alberta.
1st Prize – Return trip for 2 on WestJet Airlines
1. Subject to availability at time of booking. Peak dates such as statutory holidays and airline blackout periods (such as Christmas, Easter, and spring break, etc) are considered blackout periods and aren’t available.
2. Flights must return to the originating city (open jaw bookings NOT permitted.
3. Prize is valid for travel until February 12th, 2012.
4. Prize is not valid for redemption on WestJet Vacations’ packages or with WestJet charter partners.
5. Changes and extensions to the expiry date aren’t permitted. Changes to travel dates or passenger names aren’t permitted once a booking has been confirmed.
6. The individual booking the flight must be over the age of majority in their province.
7. This prize must be taken as offered and is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
8. This prize cannot be sold. In the event that it is, the flight certificates will become void.
9. In the event the winner of this prize cannot be contacted within 30 days of the draw a 2nd draw will be conducted to determine a new winner.
